In “Hot oder Schrott – Die Allestester” Detlef Steves and his wife Nicole receive new products from all over the world, which they should put to the acid test. In order to make the tests more objective, in addition to the steves, four other families of different composition are involved in each episode, which are supplied with the sometimes useful, sometimes bizarre products from bicycles without pedals to inflatable whirlpools and window cleaning robots.
